My guest today is Pastry Chef Kyla Kennaley. Kyla, whose face you may recognize as one of the judges on the highly successful Great Canadian Baking Show now in its 6th Season. She is an entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She currently resides in the UK, and alternates between training apprentices everywhere from England’s Royal Household to iconic London hotels like The Savoy and The Dorchester, and appreciating the orchards at the Canadian Film Centre or apiaries atop the Royal York during her visits to Toronto to film. She is passionate about composting and ice cream.
