This episode features Mark Richardson, whose day job as the Chief Technology Officer at Rich Analytics has him working with clients at all levels of government, and whose spare time is spent with a pro bono collective of urban experts called Housing NOWTO, a group he founded with to remove barriers to affordable housing in this city.
